The Regional Lead will collaborate with clinic managers and Operations Leadership to maintain strong relationships, monitor staffing, and escalate issues as needed. This role requires clinical expertise, excellent communication, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced healthcare

Qualifications

• Active Respiratory Therapist credentials and state licensure.
• Strong clinical performance and spirometry knowledge.
• Reliable with good attendance.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage changing schedules and priorities.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Comfortable communicating with clinic managers and healthcare professionals.
• Remain calm and solution-oriented under pressure.
• Knowledge of Crosswalk workflows and expectations.
• Must have weekday availability and be willing to provide backup coverage.

Responsibilities

• Schedule regional RT coverage and coordinate absences.
• Serve as primary contact for operational questions and updates.
• Maintain relationships with clinic managers and address scheduling concerns.
• Support spirometry services and handle equipment/tech questions.
• Monitor staffing and provide weekly updates to Operations on coverage and concerns.
• Other duties as needed to meet business needs.
