• Strong knowledge of spirometry and clinical performance
• Demonstrated reliability and attendance
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage changing schedules and priorities
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Comfortable communicating with clinic managers and healthcare professionals
• Remain calm and solution-oriented when issues arise
• Knowledge of Crosswalk workflows and expectations
• Weekday availability and backup coverage when needed

Aufgaben

• Manage regional RT scheduling, coverage, absences and backfill
• Serve as primary contact for routine operational questions and updates
• Maintain relationships with clinic managers and address scheduling concerns
• Continue performing scheduled spirometry services and support workflow
• Monitor staffing and provide weekly updates to Operations
• Other duties to meet business needs
