Job summary

Crosswalk Health is seeking a Regional Lead to manage regional respiratory therapy coverage and scheduling, ensuring consistent service for partners and patients. This role combines spirometry service delivery with RT scheduling, coverage coordination, and clinic relationship management.

You will report to Operations Leadership and help maintain reliable clinic operations while escalating major issues as needed.

Qualifications

• Active Respiratory Therapist credentials and licensure
• Strong communication and organizational skills required
• Ability to manage changing schedules and priorities
• Reliable attendance and ability to coordinate regional coverage
• Comfortable communicating with clinic managers and healthcare professionals

Responsibilities

• Schedule regional RTs and coordinate coverage and float staffing
• Serve as primary operational contact for region and escalate issues to Operations Leadership
• Maintain clinic relationships and communicate schedule changes promptly
• Support routine spirometry services while addressing workflow and documentation questions
• Provide weekly staffing updates and monitor regional coverage and concerns
