Job summary

Crosswalk Health is seeking a Regional Lead Respiratory Therapist to serve as the primary operational contact for an assigned region. The role combines scheduled spirometry services with RT scheduling, coverage coordination, and day-to-day support to ensure reliable clinic coverage and strong partner relations.

The position emphasizes proactive communication, issue resolution, and escalation to Operations Leadership when needed, while maintaining high clinical quality and adherence to Crosswalk

Qualifications

• Active Respiratory Therapist credentials and state licensure.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage changing schedules and priorities.
• Familiarity with Crosswalk workflows and expectations.

Responsibilities

• Scheduling and Coverage: Manage regional RT schedules, coordinate absences and schedule changes, resolve call-out coverage needs, and arrange backup coverage.
• RT Support: Serve as the primary contact for routine operational questions, communicate updates, support new RTs, and escalate concerns to Operations Leadership.
• Clinic Relationships: Maintain strong relationships with clinic managers and communicate scheduling/operational changes.
• Clinical Support: Continue performing scheduled spirometry services while assisting with workflow and documentation questions.
• Regional Oversight: Monitor staffing and coverage, identify disruptions, provide weekly updates to Operations on staffing and clinic concerns.
