The role requires active RT credentials, strong spirometry expertise, and the ability to lead relationships with clinic managers and staff. You will coordinate staffing, provide guidance on operational changes, and ensure consistent clinical quality while supporting RTs with workflow, equipment, and documentation.

Qualifications

• Active Respiratory Therapist credentials and all required state licensure.
• Strong clinical performance with spirometry expertise.

Responsibilities

• Manage regional RT scheduling and coverage, coordinate absences and changes, arrange backup when available.
• Serve as primary contact for routine operational questions; support new RTs and escalate issues to leadership.
• Maintain strong relationships with clinic managers and communicate changes affecting operations.
• Continue performing scheduled spirometry services; assist with workflow, equipment, and documentation inquiries.
• Monitor staffing and coverage; report weekly to Operations on staffing, clinics, and concerns.
• Other duties as needed to meet business and operational needs.
