Job summary

NAPA Autotech in Atlanta, GA seeks a Region Manager to lead field execution and regional growth of Autotech training programs, directly supervising instructors and ensuring high-quality, customer-focused delivery. You will partner with field leadership, accounts, and suppliers to identify demand, expand participation, and optimize training operations and budgets while boosting profitability.

This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage multiple priorities

Qualifications

• Experience leading field teams in automotive training or a related area.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent business/technical qualification.
• Strong customer engagement and data-driven decision making.
• Willingness to travel extensively, up to 80%.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional growth and financial performance for Autotech training.
• Align instructor scheduling, resources, and logistics for delivery.
• Develop and maintain partnerships with field leaders, accounts, and suppliers.
• Monitor programs, pricing, utilization, and customer satisfaction.
• Coach and develop instructors; manage performance and retention.
