Qualifications

• 15+ years of landscaping leadership experience.
• Proven ability to manage P&Ls, budgets, and forecasting.
• Strong knowledge of commercial landscaping, installation, hardscaping, estimating, and bidding.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple branch locations, driving revenue growth, profitability, operational performance, and customer satisfaction.
• Manage regional P&Ls, annual budgets, financial forecasts, KPIs, and sales objectives.
• Lead, mentor, and develop Branch Managers and regional teams while promoting accountability and employee engagement.
• Drive operational efficiency through continuous improvement, effective resource allocation, safety initiatives, and technology.
• Build strong customer relationships, oversee contract performance, and support new business and acquisition integration.
