Job summary

Lakeshore Landscaping, a growing leader in commercial landscaping in the Twin Cities area, seeks an experienced Branch Manager to oversee operations with 50+ employees. You will manage field crews, schedule work, drive profitability, and ensure safety and customer satisfaction.

The role reports to the Regional Manager and requires strong leadership and contract-reading skills. Responsibilities include selling maintenance contracts, coordinating schedules, and supervising time entries.

Qualifications

• Experience managing landscaping operations and crews.
• Ability to interpret customer RFPs and commercial contracts.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Understanding of profitability, budgeting, and P&L.

Responsibilities

• Oversee branch operations to meet service quality and profitability targets.
• Sell maintenance contracts and enhancement services.
• Provide daily schedules and guidance to field staff.
• Ensure safety, adherence to contracts, and customer satisfaction.
• Use Aspire and other systems to manage scheduling, purchasing, and time reporting.
• Approve weekly time entries and supervise staff attendance.
• Train and develop staff, forecast staffing needs, and manage resources.
• Maintain equipment and vehicles, ensure inspections and maintenance.
• Monitor costs and adjust plans to maximize end results.
• Handle off-season snow duties and general duties as needed.
