Job summary

Lakeshore Landscaping is seeking a Regional Manager to drive profitable growth across the Twin Cities. You will oversee P&L, lead branch managers, and build business capabilities while strengthening relationships with key customers.

The role reports to the COO and emphasizes safety, service quality, and lean processes. Responsibilities include budgeting, forecasting, strategic planning, and ensuring successful contract execution in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of landscaping management experience.
• Experience in managing P&L and reading financial statements.
• Degree in horticulture or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to read complex RFPs and contracts for accurate bids.
• Proficiency in Aspire and related technology platforms.

Responsibilities

• Ensure branch managers understand and execute a strategy for profitable revenue growth.
• Visit branch and customer locations regularly.
• Align Branches with Lakeshore and drive accountability.
• Integrate acquisitions and leverage their strengths.
• Develop, drive, and manage P&Ls and business plans regionally.
• Provide leadership on employee engagement, safety, and development.
• Lead Lean initiatives and continuous improvement.
• Allocate resources to Region via equipment management processes.
• Manage and deliver customer contracts and expectations.
• Hold weekly financial calls to gauge monthly progress.
• Provide monthly KPI forecasts and contribute to annual budgets.
• Set and pursue new sales goals for branches.
