Job summary

Lakeshore Landscaping is seeking a Regional Manager to lead profitable growth and performance of P&L across Twin Cities locations. You will supervise branch managers and regional teams, drive strategic initiatives, and ensure safety, service quality, and operational excellence.

The role reports to the COO and involves budget development, forecasting, and managing customer contracts while integrating acquisitions and building capabilities within the region.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of landscaping management experience.
• Ability to read complex customer RFPs and commercial contracts to provide accurate bids.
• Experience reading and analyzing P&L statements and financial reports.
• Proficiency in Aspire and related technology platforms to leverage capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Drive profitable revenue growth and brand alignment across branches.
• Visit branch and customer locations regularly to ensure standards.
• Develop budgets, forecasts, and annual business plans for the Region.
• Lead and develop branch managers and regional teams for safety, performance, and service quality.
• Oversee contract delivery and resource allocation across the region.
