Qualifications

• 15+ years of landscaping leadership experience.
• Proven ability to manage P&Ls, budgets, and forecasting.
• Strong knowledge of commercial landscaping, installation, hardscaping, estimating, and bidding.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple branch locations, driving revenue growth, profitability, operational performance, and customer satisfaction.
• Manage regional P&Ls, annual budgets, financial forecasts, KPIs, and sales objectives.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Aspire or comparable landscaping management software, Microsoft Office, and business technology platforms.
• Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with a track record of driving business growth and developing teams.
