Job summary

Lakeshore Landscaping, a growing leader in commercial landscaping and snow management in the Twin Cities area, is seeking a Branch Manager. You will oversee the branch with 50+ employees, drive profitability, ensure exceptional service, and manage field operations from the branch office.

The role requires proven leadership, strong customer focus, and the ability to coordinate schedules, safety, and equipment across multiple sites. Competitive compensation and benefits provided.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of landscaping management experience.
• Ability to read complex RF Ps and commercial contracts to provide accurate bids.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Track record of installing hardscaping and landscaping projects with profitability targets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficient with MS Office and landscaping costing/estimating packages.
• Understanding and management of Profit and Loss statements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee branch operations to provide high-quality service while achieving profit and customer retention targets.
• Sell maintenance contracts and enhancement services to new and existing customers.
• Provide daily work schedules to field staff and ensure crews are prepared to complete jobs safely and efficiently.
• Visit job sites to ensure safety, quality, and contract adherence; conduct safety inspections.
• Monitor costs and report any deviations to maximize end results.
• Order materials, equipment, and supplies within purchasing limits.
• Train, coach, and develop staff including Operations Managers and Crew Leaders.
• Forecast staffing and equipment needs for upcoming schedules.
• Maintain vehicles and equipment inspections and records.
