Siemens Healthineers is seeking a Regional Sales Director to lead a field-based laboratory sales team across multiple states, including New Mexico. Qualifications

• BS/BA in related discipline required or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 7–10+ years of experience in a complex sales environment (Capital equipment, Medical, Devices, etc.).
• Proven record leading sales teams and direct sales experience in Laboratory Diagnostics is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a regional sales team of 6–8 direct reports.
• Drive revenue growth across Laboratory Solutions product lines (chemistry, immunoassay, coagulation, hematology, etc.).
• Own sales funnel management, CRM rigor, and contract/financial outcomes for the region.
