Job summary

Qualifications

• Track record of success leading sales teams in Laboratory Diagnostics.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Inspirational leadership and accountability with results focus.
• Strong business acumen across financials, market positioning and healthcare industry.
• Experience in training and development, coaching and mentoring.
• 7–10+ years in a complex sales environment; capital equipment/medical devices preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a sales team of 6-8 direct reports with performance coaching.
• Own regional sales strategy and forecast for reagent and consumable revenue.
• Drive revenue growth across IDC networks, hospital labs, and physician offices.
• Ensure CRM rigor and execution of sales processes and contracts.
