Qualifications

• Must have High School Diploma or higher.
• 1-2 years of related sales or customer management experience.
• Strong communication and rapport-building skills.
• Excellent product and process knowledge.
• Proven sales ability to identify needs and close sales.
• Strong time management and prioritization skills.
• Experience with Salesforce CRM preferred.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts to retain business.
• Understand customer needs throughout lifecycle to identify gaps and risks.
• Coordinate retention programs across customer touch points.
• Achieve annual attrition targets through relationship management.
• Collaborate with internal partners to analyze customer data and drive improvements.
• Identify trends and root causes of customer activity.
• Suggest improvements to reduce account closures.
• Communicate strategies for improving customer experience across teams.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
• Utilize multiple applications to assist customers efficiently.
• Demonstrate clear oral and written communications with customers and teams.
• Show strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
