Circle K is seeking a results-driven Key Account Manager to manage a portfolio of Circle K proprietary and third-party B2B customers within the Fleet and Truck segments across the United States.

This role focuses on portfolio growth through adoption of Circle K proprietary solutions, share-of-wallet expansion, profitable contract negotiations, and building long-term customer relationships via a consultative approach.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of B2B sales or account management experience.
  • Proven success growing existing customer portfolios and driving retention, adoption, and revenue growth.
  • Experience using Salesforce and other digital tools in a structured and proactive manner.
  • Strong commercial acumen and contract negotiation experience.
  • Strong customer-facing communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong English language skills, both verbal and written.
  • Experience in fuel, fleet, trucking, payments, mobility, or related industries preferred.
  • Regular travel is required for field visits, customer meetings, seminars, and industry events.

Responsibilities

  • Manage an assigned portfolio of existing proprietary and third-party customers across the U.S. Fleet and Truck segments, delivering KPI targets.
  • Build trusted customer relationships using consultative and relationship-based account management practices.
  • Identify and execute opportunities to transition customers from third-party solutions to Circle K proprietary products and services.
  • Drive conversion of OON gallons to INN gallons through structured account strategies and implementation resources.
  • Negotiate profitable contracts that support customer growth, retention, and long-term value.
  • Execute upsell, cross-sell, and retention initiatives that improve portfolio profitability and customer engagement.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and apply market insights to prioritize account activity and growth opportunities.
  • Develop, maintain, and execute account plans aligned with team and organizational growth objectives.
  • Prepare and lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to communicate performance, value delivered, and growth opportunities.
  • Ensure customers understand Circle K products, services, customer value proposition, and support offerings.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts and coordinate resolution of customer issues.
  • Represent Circle K at customer meetings, industry events, and trade associations.
  • Promote adoption of Circle K loyalty programs and initiatives that improve in-network gallon performance.
  • Utilize Salesforce, Power BI, and other digital tools to manage customer portfolios and drive proactive account management.
  • Partner with Digital Sales and Marketing teams to support targeted customer communications and engagement programs.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, Marketing, Operations, and Customer Experience teams to deliver a differentiated customer experience.
  • Provide accurate forecasting, reporting, and portfolio updates to the Senior Manager, Account Management.

Job Summary

Circle K is seeking a results-driven Key Account Manager (KAM) to manage and grow a portfolio of existing proprietary and third-party B2B customers within the Fleet and Truck segments across the United States. This individual contributor role is responsible for portfolio growth through increased adoption of Circle K proprietary solutions, share-of-wallet expansion, profitable contract negotiations, and development of long-term customer relationships through a consultative account management approach. The KAM works closely with Sales, Digital, Business Development, Product, Marketing, and Operations teams to execute account strategies, deliver measurable growth, and provide a consistent customer experience aligned with Circle K's B2B value proposition.

Key Responsibilities
