Parksite Exteriors is seeking a Regional Key Account Manager to lead installer relationships and drive growth across the Southeast. You will engage with residential and multifamily installers, builders, and national accounts while coordinating with internal teams to design and implement strategic programs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction, building products, contractor sales, or related fields.
• Strong understanding of residential construction and multifamily building practices.
• Proven ability to build relationships with contractors, builders, and construction professionals.
• Experience conducting technical product training and field demonstrations.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop installer networks by identifying, recruiting, and developing residential and multifamily contractors across the Southeast.
• Partner with builders, developers, and regional teams to support initiatives and drive specifications.
• Coordinate product installation training, demos, and contractor education programs.
• Create and execute territory growth plans and collaborate with national accounts and market development teams.
