Job summary

Axis Communications AB is seeking a proactive Key Account Coordinator for the Southeast region. This full-time, in-office role can be based in the Axis Experience Center in Ft Lauderdale, FL or Atlanta, GA.

You will support Key Account Managers, coordinate cross-functional teams, and drive strategic growth with major customers. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in inside sales or account coordination, a Bachelor's degree in business or a related field, and comfort with networking infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or a related field is required.
• 3+ years in inside sales, account management, business development, or project coordination.
• Experience in technical sales or solution-based selling environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Key Account Managers to cultivate strategic end‑customer relationships and identify new growth opportunities.
• Manage approved model lists, pricing strategies, and project rollouts to ensure standardization and timely delivery.
• Analyze customer organizations to identify changes and new points of contact.
• Act as the glue between Sales Development Representatives, Operations, Technical Services, and Marketing.
• Own the 'source of truth' for assigned accounts, including meeting notes, account plans, and sales reports.
