Axis Communications is hiring for an Inside Sales Team Lead in our Atlanta-based Experience Center. You will balance direct Inside Sales account management with hands-on coaching, mentoring, and supporting a local Southeast team, reporting to the Inside Sales Manager.

• Experience in a sales call center environment.

Responsibilities

• Split time: 60% as Inside Sales Account Manager, 40% coaching and supporting a local team.
• Coach, mentor and motivate teammates to reach performance targets.
• Manage daily sales ops: lead follow-up, call/chat coverage, scheduling, onboarding.
• Foster strong customer relationships and maintain reliable service in a fast-paced environment.
