Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 5+ years in national/key accounts or sales roles in security markets.
• Proven ability to manage major accounts and build trusted relationships at multiple levels.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across sales, marketing, and technical services.

Responsibilities

• Act as the point person to manage relationships with assigned major accounts.
• Oversee daily management from inception to transition of accounts.
• Strategically manage accounts to deepen Axis relationships across product lines and regions.
• Lead presentations, proposals, and pilot installations with ecosystem partners.
• Coordinate resources and communicate with sales, business development, marketing and services.
• Document account activity including meeting notes, designs, CRM records.
• Assist with site surveys, camera recommendations, and system design considerations.
• Maintain documentation of product configurations relevant to the account.
• Prepare weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly reports as required.
• Coordinate post-sales support and technical assistance.
