Job summary
Vibrantz Technologies in Houston, TX is hiring a Systems Support Specialist to provide hands-on support for modern workplace technologies across the Americas. Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS or related field or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years in progressive IT systems or modern workplace support.
- 3+ years hands-on Microsoft 365 experience.
- Hands-on with Intune, SharePoint Online, Teams, Windows endpoint support, Entra ID.
- Experience with endpoint deployment, patching, and documentation.
Responsibilities
- Administer and support Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive) and manage user lifecycles, licensing, and provisioning.
- Deploy and manage Windows endpoints via Intune, including device compliance, software deployment, patching, and OS upgrades.
- Support endpoints, network, and workplace tech including AV, printers, and Azure Virtual Desktop.
- Coordinate regional projects, vendor activities, hardware lifecycle, and cross-location site tech initiatives.
- Support cybersecurity, IAM, and service improvements via remediation, MFA, Entra ID, and automation.
