Vibrant Emotional Health seeks a Systems Administrator I to maintain and support the company’s IT infrastructure in a hybrid role based in New York. You will handle day-to-day system administration, helpdesk collaboration, and end-user support, with opportunities to work on security, backups, and system upgrades.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years' IT experience, strong Windows experience, basic networking knowledge, and familiarity with AWS/Azure and Microsoft 365.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, CS, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years in IT support or systems administration.
• 2+ years in Windows Server environments and basic networking concepts.
• 2+ years of hardware and software troubleshooting experience.
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+/Network+/MTA/MCSA are a plus.

Mansioni

• Monitor server and network performance; perform routine maintenance, patches in hybrid environments (on-prem, AWS, Azure).
• Install/configure servers, computers, and network equipment; set up user accounts and access rights.
• Maintain backups and data recovery processes; ensure data integrity.
• Implement basic security protocols; manage antivirus, passwords, access controls.
• Document configurations, guides, and troubleshooting steps; log changes/incidents.
• Collaborate with helpdesk and senior admins; assist with larger infrastructure projects.
• Assist in system upgrades and software/hardware installations.
• Provide end-user support; escalate complex issues to senior admins when needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
