Job summary
Brillio is seeking a hands-on IT Support Engineer to deliver onsite technology support for our Coppell office, including executive assistance and VIP user support. You will troubleshoot devices, manage conference rooms, AV gear, and collaboration platforms, while coordinating with global IT, Cloud, and Security teams.
Ideal candidates have 5–8 years in IT support, strong Windows 11 and Microsoft 365 experience, and familiarity with Azure, Intune, Entra ID, and PowerShell.
Qualifications
- 5–8 years of experience in IT support or related field.
- Experience supporting executives or VIP users is required.
- Strong troubleshooting across hardware, software, networking, AV, and endpoint tech.
- Solid knowledge of Windows 11 and Microsoft 365 stack including Intune and Entra ID.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-touch IT support for the CEO, executive leadership, and VIP users.
- Be the primary onsite IT resource for Coppell office and assist other US locations as needed.
- Troubleshoot laptops, mobiles, desktops, printers, peripherals, and collaboration platforms.
- Ensure AV, conference rooms, video systems, and meeting spaces are ready for meetings.
- Support Microsoft 365 tools including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, Intune, Entra ID.
- Assist with Azure cloud infrastructure, virtualization, storage, and monitoring tasks.
