Job summary

The Systems Administrator I at Vibrant Emotional Health supports the day-to-day IT infrastructure, focusing on Windows and hybrid environments. You will monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain servers, desktops, and network gear while collaborating with the IT team to keep systems reliable and secure.

Required qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in IT or related field, 2+ years of IT experience, and certifications such as A+ or Network+. Experience with AWS/Azure and Microsoft 365 is a plus.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in information systems, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience with certifications.
2+ years of experience in IT support or systems administration.
2+ years of experience in Windows Server and basic network concepts.
CompTIA A+, Network+, and/or Microsoft certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

Monitor server and network performance to ensure efficient operation.
Assist with routine maintenance, updates, and patches in hybrid environments (on‑premise, AWS, Azure).
Assist with installation and configuration of servers, computers, and network equipment.
Support new user accounts, permissions, and access rights.
Help maintain and monitor backup solutions and data recovery processes.
Follow basic security protocols and enforce password policies and access control.
