Job summary

Dj is seeking an experienced IT Support Technician in Missoula, MT. You will own issues from first contact through second‑level resolution, supporting engineers, surveyors, and staff across the region with remote and on-site assistance.

You will work a staggered weekday shift on a hybrid schedule, with occasional weekend maintenance and travel within the region. Remote access, chat, and phone support are essential to your daily duties.

Qualifications

4+ years hands-on desktop, end-user or help desk support.
Experience supporting multiple offices on-site and remotely.
Strong customer service with good listening and problem-solving.
Able to work independently and manage multiple requests.

Responsibilities

Own support for your offices, escalating end-to-end when needed.
Provide first-contact resolution when possible via phone, chat, email, or in person.
Troubleshoot Windows devices, Office 365 apps, VPN, and network issues.
Log requests in the ticketing system and keep users informed on status.
Support CAD/engineering software and field hardware as needed.
Image, configure, and deploy devices; manage onboarding and offboarding.
Assist with company-wide rollouts and IT integrations.
