Dj is seeking an IT Support Technician to be the hands‑on, go‑to resource for engineers, surveyors and staff within the Southeast region. You will own issues from first contact through second‑level resolution, supporting design applications and users remotely by phone, chat, and remote access tools, and in person when needed.

You will work a set weekday shift on a staggered team schedule, extending support into early morning and evening hours across time zones.

Competenze

• 4+ years of hands-on desktop, end-user or help desk support.
• Experience supporting CAD, BIM, GIS apps is preferred.
• Willingness to travel within the region (20–30%).

Mansioni

• Own escalations end to end, coordinating with infrastructure, applications and vendors.
• Provide remote support using phone, chat, and remote-access tools.
• Image, configure, deploy, and securely retire laptops and desktops.
