Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on desktop, end-user or help desk support.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues across multiple offices.
• Excellent customer service and clear written ticket notes.

Responsibilities

• Own escalations end to end, coordinating with teams until issue is closed.
• Provide remote support via phone, chat, and remote-access tools.
• Troubleshoot Windows endpoints, M365/Teams, AD/Entra ID, and network issues.
