Job summary

Designworks Talent LLC is seeking an IT Support Specialist (CAD Systems) to support Autodesk and Bentley platforms across major civil infrastructure projects. This is a technical IT role focused on deployment, administration, and advanced support—no CAD design work required.

You will collaborate with engineers, IT leadership, and vendors to ensure reliable CAD environments and high-performance systems on-site in Indianapolis.

Qualifications

1–3 years of experience in IT support, CAD systems administration, or software deployment.
Hands-on experience with Autodesk and Bentley platforms.
Strong Windows OS, networking, and troubleshooting skills.
Experience supporting CAD environments in virtual or hybrid infrastructures.

Responsibilities

Deploy, configure, and support Autodesk & Bentley CAD systems (Civil 3D, AutoCAD, Revit, MicroStation, OpenRoads).
Manage updates, patches, configurations, and CAD standards.
Provide Tier 2/3 support for CAD performance, licensing, and interoperability issues.
Act as a primary technical contact for Autodesk and Bentley support.
Administer licensing and support CAD data platforms (ProjectWise, Autodesk Docs, BIM 360).
Partner with infrastructure teams to optimize workstation and virtual environments.
Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements.
