You will lead on challenging workstation and CAD-related issues, guide teammates, and document fixes to improve repeatability and reliability across offices.

Qualifications

• Hands-on IT support experience with good judgment on urgency and business impact.
• Ability to explain technical problems clearly and coach teammates.
• Experience supporting multiple offices or CAD-intensive environments is valuable.

Responsibilities

• Keep the support queue moving by coordinating priorities, workload, and coverage.
• Lead on difficult workstation and complex application problems, including CAD-related installation failures and deployment issues.
• Help teammates develop their troubleshooting skills and confidence.
• Turn recurring problems into documented fixes and practical improvements.
• Coordinate with internal technology teams and vendors while maintaining clear communication with associates.
