Job summary

Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati seeks a customer-focused Regional IT Support Coordinator based in Seattle. You will provide hands-on support to attorneys and staff, both on-site and remotely, resolving hardware, software, and AV issues quickly.

Responsibilities include imaging and deploying systems, maintaining inventory, and supporting conference rooms with Zoom and Teams. Travel to other offices may be required. AA degree or IT certs and experience in legal tech are preferred.

Qualifications

• Two+ years of hardware and software support in a fast-paced enterprise environment.
• Experience supporting Windows 11 and macOS.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and documentation.
• Familiarity with legal document management like NetDocuments is a plus.
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site and remote IT support to attorneys and staff.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and AV issues.
• Imaging, configuring, and deploying systems; software and hardware upgrades.
• Manage conference room tech, AV equipment, and video conferencings like Zoom/Teams.
• Maintain IT hardware inventory and document changes.
• Coordinate work and escalate to resolution as needed.
