Wilson Elser in Los Angeles is seeking an on-site IT Support professional to serve attorneys and staff with premier, white-glove service. The role focuses on hardware/software troubleshooting, imaging new hires, and coordinating with regional IT teams to ensure seamless operations.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years in IT support, knowledge of Windows 10/11, Office 365, AD/Azure AD, and strong communication skills. A law-firm background is a plus.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.
• Certifications in CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, MCDST, or HDI Support Center Analyst are preferred but not required.
• ITIL4 certification preferred (in-house training available).

Responsabilidades

• Provide on-site technology support to attorneys and staff.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and peripheral issues.
• Image and deploy equipment for onboarding new hires.
• Manage asset tracking for equipment and end-user devices.
• Support video conferencing and on-site AV systems.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot software including MS Office and document management.
• Coordinate with regional teams and IT peers to resolve requests.
• Document and track tickets for new hardware, software, and incidents.
• Adhere to change management processes and handle special projects as needed.
