Wilson Elser is seeking an On-Site IT Support Analyst in our Los Angeles office to deliver concierge-level technology support to attorneys and staff. The role emphasizes rapid incident resolution, asset management, and collaboration with regional IT teams.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in IT support, strong Windows 10/11 and Office 365 knowledge, and ITSM/ITIL experience, with the ability to travel regionally if needed. This is a full-time, on-site position with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in technical IT support (hardware, software, peripherals).
• Minimum 3 years ITSM/ITIL experience.

Responsibilities

• Imaging and deploying computer equipment for onboarding
• Provide on-site support for hardware, software, and AV systems
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with Microsoft Office, remote conferencing tools, and financial systems
• Maintain asset tracking and ticket records
• Collaborate with IT teams and attorneys to deliver concierge-level service
• Adhere to change management processes and security protocols
