Job summary

Wilson Elser is seeking an on-site IT Support Specialist to provide expert hardware, software, and peripheral troubleshooting for attorneys and staff in a designated Los Angeles office.

You will deploy imaging, manage assets, support video conferencing, and coordinate with regional IT teams while delivering concierge-level service. Strong problem-solving and ITIL-aware practices are expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in technical IT support for hardware, software, and peripherals.
• Experience with Windows 10/11 and Office 365/Outlook.
• Experience in ITSM/ITIL environments (3+ years).
• Previous law firm experience is a big plus.

Responsibilities

• Image and deploy computer equipment for onboarding new hires.
• Track equipment from departed users per asset procedures.
• Provide on-site VDI/telephony and video conferencing support.
• Install and troubleshoot software including document management and MS Office.
• Coordinate requirements with regional managers and IT teams.
• Build strong relationships with attorneys and staff through excellent service.
• Log and track tickets for hardware/software requests and incidents.
