Qualifications

• 2+ years of hardware and software support in a fast-paced enterprise environment.
• Windows 11 and macOS desktop support experience.
• Strong customer service mindset with clear communication.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 suite and document management systems like NetDocuments.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Field incoming support requests via phone, email, and Service Desk system.
• Provide on-site and remote support for network, hardware, printer, and application issues.
• Image, configure, deploy systems and manage software/hardware upgrades.
• Set up and support conference rooms and AV/video conferencing (Zoom, Teams).
• Perform preventative maintenance and post-resolution follow-ups.
• Maintain IT hardware inventory and assist in firm-wide IT initiatives.
