Qualifications

Degree in Information Technology or related field, or relevant experience.
At least 2 years’ IT support experience; internships and part-time work considered.
Strong customer service, ability to work with guests and partners.
Good follow-up skills and timely issue resolution.
Able to work evenings/weekends and travel as needed.
English reading/writing/speaking required.

Responsibilities

Provide daily onsite and remote technical support for hardware, software and mobile devices.
Set up networking equipment at job sites and assist field IT with deployments.
Support video conferencing and standard IT processes with teams.
Collaborate with Corporate IT to implement standards at the job site.
Report issues and successes in regular IT leadership meetings.
