Delavan Holdings in Wisconsin seeks an IT Specialist to provide onsite and remote support for Walworth County dealerships, based in Delavan. The role uses a company vehicle or mileage reimbursement with occasional overnight travel.

You will troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, manage Help Desk tickets, deploy IT assets, configure network devices, and collaborate with regional IT leadership to ensure reliable IT across multiple sites.

We are currently seeking an IT Specialist to provide both onsite and remote support for our Walworth County dealerships, based out of our Delavan, WI location. This position is field-based and will use a combination of a company-issued vehicle or reimbursed mileage if a personal vehicle is used. Some overnight travel - a few days a year at most.

What You'll Do

Provide onsite and remote IT support for dealership locations within a 10-25 mile regional radius using a company-issued vehicle or mileage reimbursement.

• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity issues (wired and wireless).
• Manage and resolve Help Desk tickets in a timely, professional manner.
• Deploy and maintain IT assets, workstations, and infrastructure hardware.
• Install, configure, and maintain network devices, firewalls, antivirus, and security systems.
• Perform system upgrades and software installations.
• Collaborate with end users, other IT Specialists, and regional IT leadership.
• Occasional out-of-town travel for specialized projects (maybe a few times per year).

Requirements

• 3+ years of IT support experience, preferably in a multi-site environment required.
• Associate degree or equivalent hands-on experience in an IT-related field.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communication, organization, and customer-service skills.
• Broad knowledge across multiple IT Systems (hardware, networking, security, software, etc.).
• Valid driver's license and comfort traveling within the assigned region.
