Qualifications

• High school or equivalent diploma.
• 4+ years of IT systems or relevant commercial production environment experience.
• 4+ years of Microsoft administration, Linux administration, or Cisco IOS (CLI) experience.
• 4+ years of troubleshooting in a multi-user high availability environment experience.
• 4+ years of networking (DNS, DHCP, SSL, OSI Model, TCP/IP) experience.
• 4+ years of PC repair, troubleshooting, deployment and liquidation experience.
• 3+ years of IT client, server, and network service delivery experience.
• Possess and maintain a current, valid Driver License.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot difficult IT problems without SOPs.
• Plan and coordinate CMs and CM templates.
• Collaborate with internal teams or vendors to execute projects.
• Lead continuous improvement efforts.
• Audit quality of work and provide constructive feedback.
• Automate manual tasks; create/improve small tools for team operations.
• Serve as the first point of escalation.
• Participate in hiring, training and development of others.
• Move up to 49 lbs; stand and walk during 12-hour shifts.
• Support customers from multiple buildings and remote locations.
• Travel within local or regional area to support our customers.
