Qualifications

• 3+ years of IT client, server, and network service delivery experience.
• 4+ years of networking experience (DNS, DHCP, SSL, TCP/IP).
• 4+ years of Microsoft or Linux administration or Cisco IOS experience.
• 4+ years of troubleshooting in a multi-user high availability environment.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshooting difficult IT problems without SOPs; plan and coordinate CM templates.
• Collaborate with internal teams or vendors to execute projects.
• Lead continuous improvement efforts.
• Audit quality of work and provide feedback.
• Automate manual tasks; create/improve small tools for team operations.
• Serve as the first point of escalation.
• Participate in hiring, training, and development of others.
• Move up to 49 lbs; stand/walk during 12-hour shifts.
• Support customers from multiple buildings and remote locations.
• Travel within local or regional area to support customers.
