• Blend of Service Desk and onsite deskside support (≈50/50) with SLA-driven expectations.
• Experience with Windows workstation issues, Microsoft 365, password resets and account access.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow incident response, escalation, and knowledge of ITSM processes.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for end-user IT support via phone, email, and ticketing system.
• Resolve incidents and service requests related to hardware, software, and access issues.
• Log, document, and manage tickets in ServiceNow; escalate when needed.
