Job summary

You will resolve IT issues, install systems, troubleshoot hardware and software, manage printers, and contribute to procedures that improve service delivery across locations.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in troubleshooting software, printer, projector, and issues handled via remote and phone support.
• Experience with laptop/desktop/printer hardware issues.
• Experience in executive/site support, analyze and resolve network problems on Wi-Fi devices.
• Understand remote end-user support and onsite or dispatch support when needed.
• Experience in installation, troubleshooting and maintenance in warehouse centers and related hardware.

Responsibilities

• Respond and resolve IT related issues over the phone and tickets.
• Install operating systems and user applications.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot printers of all types.
• Develop and maintain deskside operations and procedures.
• Provide resources during critical situations.
• Manage staffing levels for Deskside Services across locations.
• Maintain escalation contact lists including third-party suppliers.
• Drive continuous improvement to reduce escalations and improve end-user experience.
