Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Regional IT Manager for Ops Tech Solutions in Nashville to lead a diverse IT team supporting Amazon Operations. You will drive innovative technical support, manage core IT infrastructure, and partner with operations to deliver reliable services across facilities.

Role requires 5+ years of leadership in IT, deep networking/desktop tech knowledge, and experience in IT Service Management or related operations.

Qualifications

5+ years of technical team management experience.
Knowledge of networking and desktop technology and proven methods for providing innovative solutions to customers.
Experience in IT Infrastructure Operations, IT Service Management or IT Business Operations.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Hire, train, and develop a team of IT professionals.
Support safety programs and OSHA compliance to ensure a safe work environment for all associates.
Interact with management and staff to provide technical assistance for continuous improvement of IT solutions.
Establish and maintain a positive, productive relationship with operational partners and staff.
Lead infrastructure builds in new facilities.
Plan, organize, schedule, and supervise the day-to-day technical support activities, including troubleshooting, customer service issues, approvals, and installations.
Measure, monitor, and maintain team’s ability to meet or exceed contact and resolution Service Level Agreements (SLA).
Develop and maintain policies, procedures, and processes.
Oversee management of equipment and parts inventory.
Travel up to 30%.
