Spherion Staffing, LLC is seeking a Local IT Operations Lead to manage site-level IT services, ensuring stability, security, and efficiency across nearby locations in Tennessee. You will provide both functional and disciplinary leadership to local IT Operators and link regional IT leadership with local teams.

Role emphasizes implementing IT standards, coordinating incidents, and driving service improvements while aligning with business needs. Working hours are 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field.
• 5+ years of IT operations experience.
• Experience leading IT teams and coordinating with regional leadership.
• Strong ITIL/ITSM knowledge and practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage local IT Operators with both functional direction and disciplinary leadership.
• Oversee day-to-day IT operations across multiple nearby locations.
• Coordinate incident, request, and change management processes per ITIL guidelines.
• Prioritize and manage critical incidents and operational issues for timely resolution.
• Implement regional IT strategies, standards, and security requirements at the local site.
• Manage and integrate external service providers into local IT operations.
• Ensure high system availability, performance, and service quality.
• Drive continuous improvement of local IT services and processes.
• Support IT rollouts and transformation initiatives.
• Plan and allocate local IT resources to priorities and business needs.
• Maintain active stakeholder management with local business units and regional IT leadership.
