Job summary

U.S. Multimodal Group in Franklin, TN is seeking a Regional IT Support Lead to be the primary technical resource for offices in the region. You will install and configure computers, network gear, printers, A/V equipment, software, and cabling, and you will troubleshoot whatever comes up.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience supporting and managing IT infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of Windows 11, Microsoft 365, TCP/IP networking, security, and ITSM platforms.
• Remote troubleshooting ability and strong communication with non-technical users.

Responsibilities

• Log, update, and resolve requests in the ticketing system within SLAs.
• Support hardware, software, and networking issues for end users.
• Travel to remote offices for on-site or project work.
• Install and maintain desktops, laptops, peripherals, and related systems.
• Provide end-user support via remote, in-person, and phone.
• Follow change management for network/server/shared systems.
• Assist in creating knowledge base articles.
