Job summary

Pacific International Recruitment seeks a Regional Head IT Business Engagement to bridge IT and business across North America. You will lead a regional IT team, drive roadmaps, and ensure the delivery of IT services and solutions in a matrixed environment.

The role requires 10+ years in IT with leadership, a strong background in IT service delivery, governance, and vendor management, and excellent English skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
• Master’s degree in IT Management, Business Administration, or Digital Transformation is preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in IT and business-facing technology roles.
• 10+ years of leadership experience, including regional or multi-country IT teams.
• Proven experience defining and executing regional IT strategies and roadmaps aligned with global IT direction.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional IT team and deploy IT roadmaps across the region.
• Ensure delivery of IT services, infrastructure, applications, and support.
• Act as escalation point between IT and business and manage vendors.
• Collaborate with business leadership to prioritize projects and investments.
• Develop and communicate regional IT roadmaps aligned with global strategy.
• Balance costs with business demands while driving service quality and risk management.
