Vylor is seeking an IT Engineering Lead for North America to set the vision for IT solutions across a portfolio of products and services, oversee regional operations and field services, and lead local IT teams to deliver high-quality support.

The ideal candidate blends strategic planning with hands-on management, comfortable in a fast-paced matrix environment, and ready to hire and develop talent while driving operational maturity and service excellence.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field.
3-5 years proven experience IT operations management, including field services and site-based IT support.
Experience leading IT teams and managing multiple locations is essential.

Responsibilities

Oversee IT operations and field services for multiple sites within the region, ensuring consistent delivery of IT services and support.
Lead and manage regional IT teams, including field service technicians and site IT staff.
Develop and implement SLAs and operational procedures to ensure high-quality IT service delivery.
Monitor performance metrics and ensure timely incident resolution.
Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure IT systems support local business operations and regulatory compliance.
