Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise and evaluate the in-country IT team, fostering high performance.
• Lead recruitment and onboarding of new IT staff for departmental growth.
• Oversee delivery of technical support services for users in Asia/Pacific and Europe.
• Manage local adaptations of company-wide IT policies and procedures.
• Provide Tier 2/3 support for complex technical issues independently.
