Job summary

Pacific International Executive Search seeks a Senior Manager, IT to lead the US IT function from North Andover, MA, with sites in Hayward, CA and Phoenix, AZ. This hands-on leadership role operates in a fully in-house IT environment, bridging US operations with global IT governance and security standards.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in IT/infrastructure with 2+ years of people leadership, plus deep experience with Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, and Azure. Relocation may be considered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 5+ years in IT/infrastructure with 2+ years people leadership.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, Azure, networking, and endpoint management.
• Ability to balance technical credibility with people leadership.
• Experience with IT governance, change management, and security standards.
• Familiarity with ITSM platforms (TOPdesk, ServiceNow).

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for the US IT function across locations.
• Coach, develop a geographically dispersed team.
• Partner with US business leadership to translate needs into tech priorities.
• Align US operations with global governance and security.
• Maintain hands-on credibility in infrastructure and end-user support.
• Foster trust and proactive communication between IT and business.
• Contribute to IT strategy and modernization initiatives.
