Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is hiring a Specialist, Regional IT Field Services. The role involves planning and conducting on-site visits for proactive maintenance and fix work, supporting POS systems, software, hardware, telephony, and connectivity across multiple restaurants.

The ideal candidate has an AA in CS or equivalent, 2+ years IT support experience, and can work remotely when needed. ITIL/A+/CCNA certifications are preferred, with strong communication and project collaboration skills.

Qualifications

AA in Computer Science or equivalent education/experience
2+ years IT support experience
Experience with multi-unit restaurant hardware configurations and POS systems preferred
Experience collaborating with executives, facilities, operations, and external partners
Experience working remotely
ITIL, A+, CCNA certificates/licenses preferred
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to adapt to changing environments and manage priorities

Responsibilities

Plan and coordinate onsite visits to restaurants for proactive maintenance and reactive break-fix issues
Provide tier 1 & 2 IT hardware, software, telephony, and connectivity support to restaurants
Support asset management by tracking, reporting and monitoring asset status
Assist with projects including rollouts and upgrades
Install IT systems at new restaurants and remodels
