Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill, Inc. is seeking a Senior Analyst, IT Restaurant Technology to lead complex restaurant technology solutions and drive engineering excellence across the enterprise. You will collaborate with business and technology leaders to align technology investments with business objectives.

You will mentor developers, influence architecture decisions, and ensure scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions while managing technical risk through cross-functional partnerships.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• 5–8 years designing, implementing, and supporting POS systems and restaurant technology platforms.
• Experience with solution design, system integration, and process automation initiatives.
• Strong Agile understanding with sprint planning, estimation, and delivery experience.
• Experience managing software releases, configurations, and cross-functional implementations.
• Ability to lead medium-complexity initiatives while balancing priorities with business goals.
• Proven ability to partner with stakeholders to define requirements and drive improvements.
• Demonstrated technical ownership with mentoring responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of complex restaurant technology applications and integrations.
• Establish and promote coding standards, development best practices, and technical governance.
• Perform detailed solution design and architecture reviews.
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership across projects.
• Drive root-cause analysis and resolution of production issues.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend improvements to the technology landscape.
• Collaborate with business and technology leaders to prioritize initiatives and manage technical risk.
• Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, maintainable, and aligned with enterprise standards.
