Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill seeks a Specialist, Regional IT Field Services to plan and conduct on-site services at restaurants, performing proactive maintenance, break-fix issues, and supporting New Restaurant Openings with IT system installations.

The role requires 2+ years of IT support experience, knowledge of POS systems, and ability to work remotely when needed. ITIL/A+/CCNA certifications are preferred and travel to multiple restaurants is expected.

Qualifications

• A.A. in Computer Science or equivalent education/experience.
• 2+ years of IT support experience.
• Knowledge of multi-unit restaurant hardware configurations and POS systems preferred.
• Experience collaborating with diverse functions.
• Experience working in a remote capacity.
• ITIL, A+, CCNA certificates/licenses preferred.
• Proficient in solving software, hardware, telephony and connectivity issues.
• Strong customer service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct on-site visits to restaurants for proactive maintenance and reactive break-fix issues per SLA.
• Provide tier 1 & 2 IT hardware, software, telephony, and connectivity support to restaurants.
• Support asset management by tracking status and replacements using asset intelligence tools.
• Assist with projects including rollouts and upgrades.
• Install IT systems at new restaurants and remodels.
